Bruschetta Of Brie, Honey, Pine Nuts

Ingredients

loaf of bread
10 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons pine nuts
brie cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F

Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch thick slices

Spread a layer of brie on top of each slice of bread

Drizzle each slice of bread with honey on top of the brie

Sprinkle pine nuts on each slice

Toast slices for 4-5 minutes on top rack of oven until the bread just begins to turn golden brown

When I was visiting Florence, Italy, this bruschetta seemed to be on the menu of every restaurant we ate at. This is my attempt at recreating it.
