(washed & well drained)
2 cups Pease

butter

spoon all spice

spoon fresh ground pepper
2 cups
chicken broth
(you can
substitute
for
water
for
cup

Almonds
Salt
to test

tea
spoon of
paprika
for garnish

for garnish

Preparation:

On a medium
heat
add butter then the rice
mix
and cook about 5 minutes

Add Pease, all spice &
salt

Cook for about 2 minutes

Add chicken broth (or water)

Let it cook for 20 minutes on low
heat
and covered pan

In small pan
roast
the almond adding a little butter &
salt,
set aside.
