Protein Milk Shake

Ingredients

1 scoop egg white or whey protein powder
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon or vanilla flavoring
1/4 cup frozen green beans
1/4 cup frozen carrots
1 1/2 cups frozen fruits, your choice

In my perfect world, I'd own a Vitamix. I don't. I just have a kind of cheapo Hamilton Beach. Oh well.

If you want this to be smoother, add cottage cheese. Also, don't worry about those frozen vegetables in there. You won't even know they are there. You could add a couple of packets of Spenda if you want, to make it sweeter.
