Manchurian

Ingredients

Manchurian
cup Maida - 1
Corn flour - 3 spoon
Baking soda - a pinch
Cabbage chopped - 2 bowls
Masala mixture:
cup Water - 2
Salt - 1 pinch
Soy Sauce - 3 tblsp
Venegar - 3 tblsp
Ketchup - 1/2 spoon
tomato sauce - 1/2 spoon
Aginimoto - 1 pinch
Green Chilli slice - 1
medium Onion Chopped - 1

Preparation

Make a thick batter of maida, corn flour, red chilli powder and salt. Keep it aside.

To make Masala take 2 cups of water in a bowl, add salt red chilli powder, soy sauce, vinegar, garam masala, ketchup, hot and sweet sauce ,Corn flour - 2 spoon, aginimoto and mix them all thoroughly.

Take oil in a pan, add sliced green chilli, garlic and onions chopped, fry for few minutes. Mix this onion mixture with masala from above and keep it aside. Masala Mixture is ready.

Put chopped cabbage in the maida mixture and mix it.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Take small amounts of mixture in hand or spoon (like other bonda's) and fry on medium flame till they are light brown in color.

Take out the manchurian from oil and drain them to remove excess oil.

Put the manchurian in another frying pan and add masala mixture from step3 little by little on high flame so that it mixes properly and stays crispy.
