Sea Bass Veggie Dish

Ingredients

4 smalls leeks
2 smalls tomatoes
butter, to sautee

Preparation

Keeping on the white part of the leeks, cut in strips

Sautee in saucepan with butter

Peel and slice carrot, add to saucepan

Peel and slice onion, and add to saucepan

Sprinkle with blackened Bay seasoning

Add 1/4 water and let simmer for 5 minutes

Add sea bass and stir so that the fish is in the midst of the veggies. Simmer for 15 minutes

About

This can also be done on the bar-b-que by combining everything at once, and wrapping it in aluminum foil (papillote) Better to do a "papillote" for each person rather then do one big "papillote".
