Ingredients

ounces Pomegranate Black Tea |
1 ½ |
ounces cognac |
½ |
ounce orange Curacao |
4 |
one-inch square pieces of pineapple |
2 |
dashes Angostura Bitters |

ounces Pomegranate Black Tea |
1 ½ |
ounces cognac |

ounces pineapple juice |

Preparation
Step 1 |
Advanced: |
Step 2 |
Muddle the pineapple chunks and the Curacao in the bottom of a mixing glass. |
Step 3 |
Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. |
Step 4 |
Double strain into a chilled flute and garnish with grated fresh nutmeg. |
Step 5 |
Simple: |
Step 6 |
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. |
Step 7 |
Grate fresh nutmeg over the top. |
