  • 1/2 package babybella mushrooms
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt(optional)
  • pepper(optional)
  • croutons(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the garlic and onions.

In a medium-sized pot, add 1 cup of water and the olive oil, along with the chopped garlic and onions.

20 minutes

Cook on a low flame for approximately 20 minutes.

Chop the mushrooms.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the pot, along with the remaining 2 cups of water and the heavy whipping cream. Cover the pot.

Let cook for 15 minutes.

Turn off the flame.

Taste the soup and add salt and pepper as desired.

Let the soup cool.

Transfer the soup mixture to a blender and blend until liquefied.
