Soya Boiled Rice

Ingredients

1 kilogram Rice ½ (soaked in water for 1 hour)
2 cups Fresh Soya chopped ½
3 teaspoons Oil 1- 2
4 glass Water 10

Preparation

Fry soya in oil for 2-3 mintes

Add water and then soaked rice.

Boil on high flame till rice is tender

Serve with curry, raita, salad.

Boiled rice are prepared in a number of ways. Boiling of Rice with soya give soya flavored rice.
