Velvety Kahlua Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup skim milk
2 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons Kahlua
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

In a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch, milk and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

When mixture is thickened after about 5 minutes, remove from heat and stir in Kahlua, chocolate and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.

Allow to cool and serve with ice cream.

WOW- YUM! Chocolate and Kahlua compliment each other so nicely. Mmmm, I can only imagine how they would transform vanilla ice cream. And it sounds so simple to make! Again, wow.
