Aloo Tikki - Indian Recipe Online

Ingredients

500 grams potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
4 green chillies, finely chopped
3 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
1 slice bread, crumbled
salt, to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, grated ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, crumbled bread and salt to prepare the tikki mixture.

Shape the mixture into flat and round tikkis (about 2 inches in diameter) and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Serve hot with MAGGI Tomato Ketchup.
