TASTY GULAB JAMUNS EVER..

Ingredients

500 GRAMS MAWA | KHOYA,
100 GRAMS SEMOLINA,
50 GRAMS MAIDA,
A PINCH OF SODA.
FOR THE SUGAR SYRUP..
1 KILOGRAM SUGAR,
500 ML OF WATER.

Preparation

PUT SUGAR AND WATER TO HEAT. LET IT BOIL UNTIL THICK.

CRUMBLE THE MAWA(KHOYA) WITH YOUR HAND AND ADD

THE SODA, MAIDA, SEMOLINA, MIX WELL.

USING WATER MAKE A DOUGH. RUB THE DOUGH ON A SMOOTH SURFACE

UNTIL SMOOTH. MAKE BALLS AND FRY IN OIL ON SLOW FLAME UNTIL
6
GOLDEN BROWN. PUT IN SUGAR SYRUP.
