About

Initially is green curry chicken cooking in the glass pot but the pot broke on the stove half way cooking. So I opt to baked in the oven instead. Came out taste good. We like it.

Green Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

100g Green Curry Paste
400g Debone Chicken Meat / Roasted Duck Meat (cut to bite size)
200g Coconut Milk
50ml Water
20g Basil Leaves (optional)
1 tbsp Oil
Method:

1.Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry chicken/duck over high heat until cook (about 5-7 minutes).
2.Add in the Green Curry Paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3.Lower the heat, add in coconut milk, water & Basil leaves (optional) and bring to boil.
4.Read to serve.
Baked Green Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

100g Green Curry Paste
400g Debone Chicken Meat / Roasted Duck Meat (cut to bite size)
Method:

1.Arrange chicken/duck meat in a casserole.
2.Add in the Green Curry Paste. Let the meat marinate a while.
3.Bake at about 200°C for about 20 minutes (if meat not cook, add another few minutes). Flip the meat at least once.
4.Serve.
