Phyllo Spinach Triangles

Ingredients
1 package (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix filling ingredients together in a bowl.

Cut phyllo lengthwise into 4 even strips.

Working with one strip at a time, brush with melted butter.

Top with second strip.

Lightly dab with melted butter.

Place 2 Tbsp spinach mixture end of strip.

Fold one corner over filling and repeat folding down the length of the strip (like a flag), to form a triangle.

Lightly dab top of pastries with remaining melted butter.

Bake about 15 minutes until golden.
