THE hambuger recipe
1 kg of ground beef
2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 Tsp of mustard
½ Tbsp of minced rosemary
oil to grease the pan
Peel the onions and cut them in thin slices.
Put 2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in a non adherent pan and turn on the gas.
Add the onions and let them cook until well colored.
Let them cool.
Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
In a bowl, put the ground beef, add the onions, mustard, salt and pepper and mix it until well combined.
Form the patties and cook them on a non adherent pan you have lightly greased with olive oil.
Turn them upside down and then transfer them to an oven pan covered with parchment paper.
Put them into the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
Warm the hamburger buns in the oven and then put one hamburger on each, adding tomato slices, lettuce and hamburger homemade sauce.
