2 teaspoons butter
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1 dried nori sheet, crushed and torn
2 tablespoons walnuts, crushed
Sea salt and crushed black pepper to taste

Heat skillet to medium-high, add butter. Saute green onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add eggs and fold in on each other as bottom cooks, about 2 minutes. Crush nori sheet as you would a piece of paper, fold into eggs and stir. Add walnuts and remove from heat. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
