Ingredients

1 pint basket of strawberries
2 pints baskets of raspberries
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice (optional)

Preparation

Clean berries

Place the berries, lemon juice if using, cream and sugar in blender

Puree for one or two minutes
