- 2 count whole egg whites
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup almonds (dry and salted, chopped)
- 2 count whole large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ounces dark chocolate (Xocai Nuggets, chopped)
- 7 ounces dark chocolate (Xocai X Power Squares, finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Heat butter in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat.

Stir in the chopped Xocai X Power Squares and Xocai Nuggets dark chocolate until smooth.

Remove the saucepan from heat.

Add sugar and vanilla to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well blended.

Whisk in the whole large eggs, one at a time, into the mixture.
