Ingredients
8 ounces sheep's
milk
feta
1
garlic clove
1
bunch fresh
basil
1/2 cup
walnuts
splash of
milk
fresh ground
black pepper
Preparation
1
Cut
the feta into cubes and put all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until it starts to come together. Drizzle milk through the feed tube until the spread is creamy.
Serve
with crusty
bread
as an appetizer or a sandwich spread.
