Salsa - Fresh and Hot

Ingredients
Tomatoes
          Green and Red Peppers
          Large Sweet Onion
          Fresh Garlic Cloves (3)
          Cooked, fresh Corn on the Cob (2- 3)
          White Vinegar (a sprinkle)
          Fresh Lime Juice (half of lime)
          Salt, Crushed Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes (to personal taste)
          Chopped Cilantro or Fresh Flatleaf Parsley; Chilies of choice (all optional.)
      Preparation

Cut all fresh veggies into small pieces.

With cut veggies in a large bowl, add seasonings of choice.

Marinate, covered in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

At serving time, have Tortilla Chips, Corn Chips and/or Hearty Toasted Bread for scooping up the salsa.

This fresh Salsa can be made with or without fresh, cooked corn on the cob.
