Coconut Tea Balls

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups coconut
Vanilla icing:
1 teaspoon soft butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons milk

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, water and vanilla until fluffy. Mix in flour and nuts. Shape in 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not brown. Cool.

To make the vanilla icing, combine confectioner's sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add milk to make a thin icing.
