Carrot Kheer/carrot Payasam

Ingredients

1/4 cup Sugar-
Salt-pinch
1 pinch Cardamompowder-
Cashew,almonds-few

Preparation

Peel the carrot and cut the edges.and cut the carrots in to small.,small pieces

Pressure cook the carrots with 1/4 th cup of water.just 3 whistle is fine.

Once it cool down,open the lid and blend in blender.

Boil 1 cup of milk in pan., add sugar,salt and give a mix

Now slowly add grounded Carrot mixture and cook for 2 mns.add cardamom powder.

Fry dry fruits in ghee and add on top.

Serve Hot or cold.
