Maple Jelly

Ingredients

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
1 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Preparation

Place lemon juice in medium bowl. Add maple syrup and fruit pectin. Stir well. Pour into 2 sterilized 8 ounce jelly jars. Cover at once with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 3 days to set.
