About

This is a photo of my Famous Cream Puffs! Everyone always asks me to be sure a prepare a batch for our Holiday Dessert. They are so easy and can be tailored to your taste. I prepared these and filled half with Fresh Whipped Cream & Vanilla extract and half with Vanilla Custard, then dusted the tops with powdered sugar. It was my mother-in-laws recipe, of course I needed to master it!

You can also prepare like Profiteroles, filled with Haagen Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream and drizzled Dark Chocolate over the top and add some slivered Almonds, those are always a hit! I make these twice a year, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is a very Elegant Dessert!

Frozen Yogurt works well also!
