Main Course Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
5 tablespoons cider vinegar
5 cups chicken (I use canned)
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons diced onion
1 1/2 cups slivered almonds
1 1/2 cups diced seedless green grapes
1 cup diced and seeded cucumber
2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith)
1 cup diced green pepper

Preparation

Chill overnight. Serve on lettuce or in wedge of a sliced and seeded cantaloupe. Makes approximately 20 sandwiches.
