Ingredients

3 teaspoons Black pepper whole

5 teaspoons Cumin whole

1 teaspoon Caraway whole

10 pieces Cardamom brown

10 pieces Cardamom green

3 Mace flowers

6 pieces Bay leaves

10 pieces Cinnnamon stick

1 teaspoon Cloves

Clean all the ingredient

Mix and grind together and sieve.

Put in an airtight container

Sprinkle 2-3 pinch at last of cooking before simmering for maximum aroma and falvour.
