Mary's Sausage Grits

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Sausage (Spicy = Nice)
2 eggs (Beaten)
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Onion Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
8 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or more to taste)
cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Preparation

Brown and drain the sausage

Make grits according to directions on box (4 cups water to 1 cup grits)

Mix ingredients together

Put into a 9x13 greased pan (or similar sized casserole dish).

Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until bubbly hot.

Note: this can be made ahead of time, covered and refrigerated, but allow more time for reheating when ready to serve.
