Shepards Pie Easy

Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef 500 mg
2 tablespoons Coking oil 30 ml
1/2 cup Chopped celery 125 ml
1/2 cup Chopped onion 125 ml
1 cup Diced carrots 250 ml
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour 30 ml
1 teaspoon Salt 5 ml
1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1 ml
1 cup Boiling water 250 ml
1 1 Beef bouilon cube
3 cups Mashed potatotes 750 ml

Preparation

Combine beef, oil, carrots, celery and onion in frying pan.

Stir in flour, salt and pepper.

Pour boiling water over bouillon cube.

Dissolve pour into meat mixture.

Spread in 11/2 -quart (1.5ml) cassrole.

Cover with potatoes.

Bake uncover in 350'f (180'c) oven for 30 minutes until heated through and potatoes are browned.
