Preparation

Place the salmon
slices
in the form of a rose in a platter

Cut
the pita
bread
in triangles

Toast the
bread
in a 325F oven for 15 minutes

Mix
the chopped dill with the labneh

Spread the labneh on the pita chips

Dispose the chips all around the salmon
