Ingredients
3 cups
watermelon,
diced, no
seeds
2 tablespoons
lime juice
1 tablespoon
sugar
1 cup
ice,
crushed
1/2 cup
vodka
Preparation
1
Combine all ingredients in
blender
or food processor and
blend
into a frosty slush.

Serve
in glasses rimmed with pink sugar and a small watermelon wedge.

For fun,
float
small watermelon "star" (use a cookie cutter shape on a piece of watermelon) or "balls" (use a melon baller).
