Deva Naturals, "Lentil Khichadi With Sunny Side Up !"

Ingredients

1/4 cup white rice
5 cups hot water
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powd
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Mango Pickle as much as you like !

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker.

Cook on medium high till there is pressure built up in the cooker.

Turn down the heat and cook for another 3 minutes.

Wait till the cooker is completely out of steam and open.

The khichadi should be thick and gooey !

Serve hot in a soup bowl.
