Ingredients
1
can (14 oz)
coconut milk
2 tablespoons
whole wheat flour
cup
raw
cane
sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
Preparation
1
Empty the contents of the
can
into a
blender,
add the flour and sugar and
blend
thoroughly. Transfer to a saucepan and
heat
gently until slightly
thickened
and
simmering.
Remove from the
heat,
cool
and
chill
thoroughly.

Stir
the vanilla essence into the mixture, then pour into an
ice
cream
maker as per manufacturer's instructions.
