Ioana Spangenberg is a Romanian model who weighs a mere 84 pounds and has a 20-inch waist. At 5 ft 6 in. tall Spangenberg has been getting a lot of attention for her tiny waist and unhealthy weight. But the model insists that she eats three meals a day.
"No one seems to believe it, but every day I eat three big meals and I snack on chocolate and crisps all the time," she said. "I just have a small stomach. It's a bit like a gastric band, if I eat too much I feel sick."
Now that she is living in Germany, Spangenberg is concentrating on trying to gain weight.
"I would still like to gain weight so I don't look so shocking. And now that I live in Germany, I can't get enough pizza or kebabs."
