How to Make Crispy Mozzarella Sticks from Scratch

Mozzarella saticks from scratch are the best- plain and simple.  A block of mozzarella is cut into sticks, breaded, and fried until perfection.  To fry successfully, are are two main rules to follow: use a fry thermometer to monitor your temperature and do not over crowd the pan (it brings down the temperature of the oil).  You will want to use an oil that has a high smoking point like peanut oil or other vegetable oil.  The video below will teach you how to make wonderfully delicious and crunchy mozzarella sticks.
