Nothing says love like baking a sweet for your sweetie. These festive red velvet cherry whoopie pies from Butter with a Side of Bread are the perfect treat for Valentine's Day. You don't have to spend a ton of time measuring and mixing ingredients because this recipe utilizes boxed cake mix.
