Eggless dulce de leche ice cream is a rich and creamy frozen dessert. This ice cream is delicious in waffle cone but also makes a great base for sundaes and banana splits. In addition to the drizzle of dulce de leche in each bite, you can also mix-in mini chocolate chips.
Eggless Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
Ingredients:
Ice Cream Base:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 cup fat-free half& half
4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup Homemade Dulce de Leche
2 cups milk (I used skim plus)
2 cups fat-free half& half
1 vanilla bean- split with the seeds scraped out
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
