Baked Cranberry Pudding with Vanilla Butter Sauce

1½ c flour
¼ t. cloves
⅛ t. allspice
⅛ t ginger
2 t. baking powder
2 t. baking soda
½ cup hot water
½ cup unsulfered molasses
2 cups cranberries cut in half
1 c whipping cream
1 cup sugar ½ cup butter
2 t. vanilla
