Mouth-Watering Macadamia Nut Spring Rolls With Brown Sugar Ice Cream

This recipe is a fun one, as it creates dessert versions of main dishes such as spring rolls and pickles. Not to mention it looks absolutely delish.




 Spring roll:

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons finely chopped candied ginger
2 cups roughly chopped macadamia nuts
4 sheets large spring roll wrappers
Water, to seal
