This cake is two things, extremely tasty, and free of flour. While this second point might sound a bit strange, it does mean that it can be served during Passover or eaten by those with gluten allergies without worry.
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup white sugar
18 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
