Grilled Corn on The Cob

Simple and simply addictive, this grilled corn on the cob is going to be your new favorite side dish. It's delightful and more than that, it's a lighter way to grill, making this the perfect solution to keeping you on a healthy path. 

The natural sweetness of fresh corn is enhanced by the cinnamon and nutmeg. It's an easy side dish that makes any meal special. 

Grilled Corn on the Cobb

From Executive Chef, Anthony Stewart, at Pritikin Longevity Center + Spa

    2 ears Fresh Corn on the cob (cut in halves)
    4 cups Skim Milk
    ½ tsp Splenda
    ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
    ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
    Clean corn and cook in milk with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and Splenda for 15 minutes
    Drain and grill for 5 minutes
