Selecting and Buying

Choosing: Choose a bottle that is not damaged.
Buying: Only one company makes true St-Germain Liqueur, and their products can be bought at many liqueur stores and ordered on line.
Procuring: The elderflower is picked and married with eau-de-vie or grape spirit, then blended with cane sugar.

Use to mix in cocktails.

Conserving and Storing

It is all-natural and should be consumed within six months of opening the bottle. Tightly seal the bottle after each use.
