Casaba

About

Casaba is a type of winter melon, which unlike other melons does not have an aroma. The Casaba Melon is a large fruit with pale yellow waxy outer skin and white flesh that is sweet to taste.

Casaba goes well in raw fruit salads or can be eaten alone. This melon provides a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins B6, C and K, and potassium and copper.
