Shichimi Togarashi


A commonly used blend of seven Japanese spices that typically includes red chile pepper, roasted orange peel, yellow and black sesame seeds, Japanese pepper, seaweed, and ginger. Use the mixture to flavor soups or noodles and yakitori.
