Ice Cream Sundae Mold
Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons Brandy Extract
1 quart Coffee Ice Cream-- softened
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds-- toasted
2/3 cup Corn Syrup-- light
6 ounces Evaporated Milk
6 ounces Chocolate Chips

Freeze firm, about 5 hours

Drizzle with fudgy chocolate sauce

Sprinkle with additional almonds
Pass remaining sauce

For Chocolate sauce: In a saucepan, combine 1 (6 oz.) package of semi sweet chocolate pieces and the Cup of light corn syrup.

Hint; Use saran wrap in the mold before pouring in ice cream layers.
