Gyro Sandwich
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
          1 tablespoon Stone Ground mustard
          1/2 cup lemon juice
          4 cloves garlic minced
          1 teaspoon dried oregano
          1 pound boneless pork loins thinly sliced, then cut in strips
          1 cup plain yogurt
          1 cucumber peeled and chopped
          1/2 teaspoon garlic crushed
          1/2 teaspoon dill
          2 pita rounds halved
          1 small red onion thinly sliced
          1 lrg ripe Tomato chopped or sliced
      Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Place pork slices in a shallow dish and cover with marinade. Cover dish and marinate in refrigerator 4 hrs. Combine yogurt, cucumber, crushed garlic & dill in serving bowl; cover and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 450iF. Drain marinade from pork, arrange slices in shallow pan and roast about 10 minutes, until crisp. Open each pita half to form a pocket.
