I'm trained as a political scientist who focuses on international development. I travel all over the world for work. I lived in Latin America and speak Spanish and Portuguese. Foreign cultures and cooking are my passions! My mother taught me to cook when I was three, and I've been in the kitchen ever since. I tend to focus on a particular cuisine for a while before moving on to the next one. That's what you'll see reflected in my blog.
