I'm certainly not a chef, but I am a pretty decent cook and I love good food. I started The Vegan Home Chef to build a dialogue with other people - vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores alike - who don't just want 'quick and easy' food, but who enjoy the act of cooking and want to play a little in the kitchen.
