My greatest enjoyment is incorporating food into life, and enjoying the life that is found in food ... and beverage. I am particularly interested in and have done food manufacturing and would like to get back into that. And I also very much enjoy the outdoors, as in hunting, fishing and mushroom picking. A recent interest, that is evolving into a passion is in the canine profession ... in particular in showing, training and grooming Giant Schnauzers. So, we'll see where all this goes and I look forward to being a part of this community.
