I LOVE TO COOK... That's apparent! :) I've been cooking since I was 6 & owe most of my talent to my mom. My latter inspirations came from cookery shows, cookbooks & restaurants. I was born & raised to a teen in Kuwait, studied to become an HR-MBA in India, progressively drove my career to a Regional Recruitment Manager's position in Dubai over the next 8 years & then headed to the US in 2008. These & the places I've visited around the world, lead to my interest in sampling diverse cuisines & reviewing restaurants. I like to experiment in the kitchen with recipes, home-remedies or handy-tips and enjoy improvising with available resources to make the most of whats available.

Outside the kitchen, I indulge in food-writing, be it in food-blogs or magazine-entries and I feature as an Expert on sify.com's food channel online, www.food.sify.com. I also write restaurant reviews on yelp.com. I like to keep up with the latest in movies, music, cars & technology. Apart from this, I love spending time with friends & family, reconnecting with long-lost ones (thanks to google & facebook) and networking - socially or professionally - basically, anything that involves PEOPLE, which is probably why I'm an HR professional .. Its all about the people!
