This is the first of my cook book series,This book is both a feast for the eyes and tummy,as it is the first such volume to combine both the artistry of my paintings in folk art of the old black south and favorite recipes of mine. I join my great love for painting the details of yesteryear in the bayou country along with delectable old southern homestead recipes, many of which date back to the 19th century.
