Hi!
 
I'm very very very new at cooking! I just started a few months back, and my limited repertoire consists of these:
- roast chicken (tender enough, but I can't get the skin to be crispy!)
- beef bolognese pasta
- stir-fried curry prawns
- oreo cheesecake
- roasted potatoes (they were supposed to be crispy wedges but are unfortunately not crispy!)
 
oops I think that's about it. d=
